Where The Angry Writing Comes From

Sometimes people irritate me to the brink of explosion but I try my best to keep myself together. It isn't always easy. In times like these I often find it difficult to find a way to let go of my anger and irritation in a safe way. Sometimes I can't use words because in my anger I say the wrong things that make things worse. I can't let it out physically because let's face it I don't want to hurt myself or anyone else. So what do I do? I write. It doesn't always have to make sense just as long as it makes me feel better. And after things are all squared away and I find that I don't like what I wrote I can always delete it, erase it or simply throw it away.
